Raghu Kumar Chundi brings over 29 years of expertise in finance and auditing, with a strong foundation in regulatory compliance and banking operations. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
He holds a Master’s degree in Commerce from Andhra University and additional post-membership diplomas in Insurance Regulatory Management and Information Systems Audit from ICAI.
Mr. Raghu Kumar has led numerous statutory, internal, and concurrent audits for both public and private sector banks, including Regional Rural Banks across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. His deep industry knowledge and leadership continue to drive excellence at RRS Services LLC and Sunitha Management Advisors Pvt. Ltd., where he serves as a Non-Executive Director.

Sridhar Reddy Malireddy is a seasoned professional with an M.B.A. from Mysore University and over a decade of experience in IT and financial services. He began his career as a Support Analyst with leading firms like CSC and ITS in India and the Philippines.
Since 2016, he has been serving as Director at Sunitha Management Advisors Pvt. Ltd, guiding clients in financial management and regulatory compliance. He is also the Managing Partner at M/s Sampada Investments, specializing in financial advisory, bookkeeping, accounting, GST, MCA/ROC compliance, and IT support.
At RRS Services LLC, Sridhar combines his technical and financial expertise to deliver tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of modern businesses.
